Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions Payment of your invoice acts as your acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined below. 1) Order pickups: a. A private pickup time has been scheduled at your convenience. b. Each private pickup has a 30-minute grace period built in. i. Example, pickup time of 10am has grace period up to 10:30am. c. If you will not make your scheduled pickup time for any reason, simply call the bakery at 414-509-8003 to see if another pickup time is available for the same day. i. Orders not retrieved during your scheduled private pickup will be donated to the local women’s/children’s shelter. ii. There will be no refund for missing a private pickup. 2) Refunds/Exchanges: a. We do not offer full refunds or exchanges under any circumstance. b. If your event cancels/reschedules your options are as follows: i. Full bakery credit 1. The cost of your full invoice will be held as a credit for you to apply to a future order within six months of invoice date. ii. Refund of half the cost of your invoice to the original method of payment if we are notified a minimum of two weeks prior to order pickup date. 3) We are not responsible for any item once it leaves the bakery. Proper transport and storage instructions will be shared with you at the time of pickup. Lack of adherence is your responsibility. 4) If this is a wedding order, your terms and conditions will be attached separately and will require a signature then returned via email.
